Who we are

Our firm was established in 2022 as a result of a long-standing close collaboration between its partners, Jan Tulis and Michal Špryňar, both of whom have been practicing law for over a decade and have a family legal tradition.

The office represents clients primarily in Prague and the Moravia region. We always approach our clients individually to provide tailor-made legal services, high professional standards, and deliver professional work. We regularly represent clients from Switzerland, Great Britain, and the USA. We have a long-term collaboration with one of the leading law firms in New York with operations in the Czech Republic.

We specialize primarily in real estate law, corporate law, and insurance law. We regularly provide advice in the field of labor law. In addition to preparing legal documents, we also represent clients in dispute resolution, both in court and out-of-court.
